What are your reception opening hours?
Reception hours are 8AM -10PM. It is okay if you arrive outside of these times, but please inform us in advance if you wish to do so.
At what time is check-out?
You must be checked out by 10am,but you’re welcome to continue to use the hostel facilities.
Is your hostel non-smoking?
Indoors yes, but we have huge balcony access from every room, for a nicotine hit!
Do you have a curfew?
No, you can come and go as you please 24 hours. We only ask that when you come back late at night you respect our neighbours & fellow guests and keep the noise down and also under no circumstances do you let anyone else into the building!
Is bed-linen included?
Yes, we even make your bed!
Can we make food at your hostel?
Yes, all of our hostels are fitted with self-catering kitchens where you can cook to your heart's content.
Do you have security lockers?
Yes, with their own lock.
Is there somewhere to store my luggage after check-out?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the hostel if your forward journey is later in the day, though we cannot take responsiblity for it.
Do you accept Euro?
Yes, we prefer local currency but we will accept Euro if you dont have anything else!
Is the internet free of charge?
Yes, and you have unlimited access. We also have wifi throughout the hostel!
Do you have a lift or elevator?

Do I need to pay when I check in?
Yes, we ask you to pay before you check-in. You are more than welcome to inspect our rooms first which we are sure will satisfy your every need.
Do you have weekly rates?
Yes we do. Please have a look at the prices section and contact each hostel directly, about the availability of their special weekly rates.
Are towels provided?
No, but if you need one we can manage that!
Can I work for my bed?
All the staff at the hostels are backpackers like yourself. You could e mail us with your request or once you've booked into the hostel please come and chat to us to find out about working. Please feel free to ask reception if there are any vacancies in the cleaning team or any talent or skill you can offer.
What types of payment do you accept?
For the moment, we only accept cash.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel you must do so at least 24 hours before your arrival time. Failure to do so with result in your credit card being charged for the first nights accommodation.
